I...Sounds like you have a great plan to start with! I like the Soda Solution idea! Im going to try that too! Try not to think of exercise as strictly something to work up a huge sweat. The more you move, the more calories you will burn thus you will lose more weight and then your asthma might be less severe. Just get a pedometer and try and get more steps each day than you did the day before. Just an idea. Keep up the good work!!!!
